Hey! So Glad You're Here.

If you're anything like me, the first place you go before you read what someone has to say is to the about section to find out all the juicy details. You want to know a little bit about the person writing, before you start reading.... I get that... So this is me:

I am Zac Stephenson. On important documents, my name typically has Rev. in front, which for some reason still makes me chuckle.

I'm married to my high school sweetheart, Elizabeth and we have two terrors...I mean sons, Josiah and Asher. Seriously, they are great. They are more than great. Apart from God, they are my world.

I'm the pastor of a small church in South Portland, Maine. Hope Community Church, to be exact. Prior to moving to New England, I was an associate pastor / youth pastor for a small church in a suburb of Birmingham, AL.

I went to seminary and I'm currently pursuing my Doctorate in Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

I'm no guru and tend to have more questions than answers, but I have a passion to do whatever I can to help local churches, including mine, thrive. I invite to you go on a journey with me... God knows I need all the help I can get.
